Refund Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality residential proxies. However, due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled on a strict case-by-case basis.
1. General Refund Policy
Since we offer intangible irrevocable goods (bandwidth and proxy access), we do not generally issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service at our site.
2. Eligible Circumstances
We may honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive the delivery e-mail due to mailing issues.
- Major Defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If the service is completely unusable for more than 24 hours.
- Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 3 days from the date of the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- You simply changed your mind.
- You violated our Terms of Service (e.g., used proxies for illegal activities).
- A specific target website has blocked your access (we guarantee proxy connectivity, not acceptance by every third-party site).
- You have used more than 1GB of bandwidth.
