1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using services from Unlimited Residential Proxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our network is built for legitimate business intelligence, scraping, and testing. You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable laws.
• DDoS attacks, flooding, or disrupting network services.
• Carding, financial fraud, or credential stuffing.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Hacking or gaining unauthorized access to other systems.

Zero Tolerance: Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Service Delivery & Bandwidth

Unlimited Plans: Services marketed as "Unlimited" refer to data volume. Throughput speeds are limited based on the concurrency limit of the plan purchased (e.g., Standard vs Enterprise).

We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, ISP outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unlimited Residential Proxy be liable for any lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our service. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the current month.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (IP whitelist and Username/Password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
